Wholesale Customers:
- A Return Authorization is required for any item with a manufacturing defect and must be within 6 months of the invoice date.
- The item will be repaired/replaced or a credit memo will be issued.
- No cash or credit card refunds.
- A 15% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges will be applied to any refused or unauthorized returns.
Retail Customers:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return an unused merchandise within 14 days. Since we do not charge to ship the bag to you, you will b e repsonible for the shipping charge to return it to us.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, our policy is to provide a replacement of the same item free of charge.
